Quaterly Plan : This plan includes the diagnosis and resolution of unlimited problems that are identified by a customer by one of our certified technicians within a span of three months (3) from the date of signing up with Geek Technologies Price – $179.99


Half Yearly Plan : This plan includes the diagnosis and resolution of unlimited problems that are identified by a customer by one of our certified technicians within a span of six months (6) from the date of signing up with Geek Technologies Price – $249.99


Annual Plan : This plan includes the diagnosis and resolution of unlimited problems that are identified by a customer by one of our certified technicians within a span of of twelve months (12) from the date of signing up with Geek Technologies Price – $349.99


How do I pay for the services?

You can pay for the services through all major debit and credit cards.

I have only a dial up connection, do you still provide support?

Yes, we offer. However, the customer might need to experience longer online support sessions for the limited connection speed.

What if I am not happy with the service provided?

There will be a chargeback period of a month from the date of the customer signing for any subscription if for any reason the customer is unhappy and does not want to continue.

Do you have to come to my home or business to set up anything?

No. When you sign up, you will receive an email with a download link and simple instructions to follow.

Can Geek Technologies access My Computer After a Support Session Is Over or without my knowledge?

No, It is not possible for Geek Technologies to access your computer without your permission and knowledge. Not until you click your shortcut installed on your machine and request service from Geek Technologies. When you click the shortcut on your desktop you are prompted to allow or deny us the ability to view and interact with your computer. Once your service is complete, we can no longer see or access your computer.

If I need tech support, what is the average response time?

With our service, response time is immediate. When you sign up for service you’ll get an application installed on your computer that allows you to click a shortcut to be able to instantly connect with a certified technician from Geek Technologies.
